- AOS: Migrate off unconditional Kotlin Gradle Plugin (KGP) application to support Flutter's Built-in Kotlin (see https://docs.flutter.dev/release/breaking-changes/migrate-to-built-in-kotlin/for-plugin-authors). Fixes "Future versions of Flutter will fail to build" warning.
- AOS: KGP is now applied conditionally based on AGP major version, so the plugin keeps working on older Flutter/AGP while being forward-compatible with AGP 9+ built-in Kotlin.
- AOS: Bump Kotlin Gradle Plugin 2.1.0 -> 2.2.21, AGP 8.9.1 -> 8.13.2.
