ADR 0013 decision 4 revised during review: the dispatcher is optional
(?EventDispatcher $dispatcher = null) instead of a required build()
argument — a required parameter after the defaulted $options would
trigger PHP 8.0+'s optional-before-required deprecation at every class
load. Omitted dispatchers resolve to an internal no-op instance.

• feat: generation event hook points (#859)

• PropertyGuessedEvent after property type guessing in JsonSchema\Jane
  and OpenApiCommon\JaneOpenApi (inside the whitelist deferral try/catch,
  documented in ADR 0013)

New Console\GenerationProgressSubscriber (SymfonyStyle) attached by both
component GenerateCommands when verbosity > quiet: schema header, output
directory, guessing/generating phase lines, per-file-type counts grouped
from Schema::getFiles() (with the JaneObjectNormalizer/ReferenceNormalizer
breakdown) and a final 'Done in Xs' success block. Bundle commands delegate
and no longer print their own 'Generation done.' — the subscriber owns the
closing line (bundle tests updated).

• test: generation events + console progress tests (#252, #859)

• EventDispatcherTest: zero-subscriber no-op, subscription-order across
  subscribers, mutation stacking across PropertyGuessedEvent listeners
• GenerationMutationEventsTest (#859 acceptance): PropertyGuessedEvent
  listener swaps 'minimum: 1' property docblock type to positive-int
  (generated into tmp dirs; normalizers asserted byte-identical to a
  hook-free run), ClassGeneratedEvent listener adds a custom method +
  psalm tag
• GenerationProgressTest (JsonSchema + OpenApi2): header/output/phase
  lines, grouped counts with +2 normalizer breakdown, Done in Xs, empty
  output at quiet verbosity

• docs: console progress output and experimental generation events (#252, #859)

Also: coding-standards fixes (import ordering) from castor qa:cs:fix —
no behavior change.

• refactor: generation events on Symfony EventDispatcher (#252, #859)

Replaces the hand-rolled dispatcher with symfony/event-dispatcher: the
injected type is EventDispatcherInterface, subscribers implement
Symfony\Component\EventDispatcher\EventSubscriberInterface (static
getSubscribedEvents), events stay plain final classes (event name derived
from the class). The dispatcher argument of Jane::build() /
JaneOpenApi::build() remains optional (listener-less dispatcher when
omitted). symfony/event-dispatcher is now required by jane-php/json-schema
and jane-php/open-api-common. ADR 0013, CHANGELOG and both getting-started
guides updated accordingly.

• feat(console): restyle generation progress output (#252)

New rendering for the progress subscriber: backticked schema header and
output directory, timed '➜ Guessing… done (Xs)' / '➜ Generating… done
(Xs)' phase lines (measured in the subscriber, reset per generation run),
a '➜ N files written' total and plain per-type count lines. Drops the
'+2 Normalizers (JaneObjectNormalizer + ReferenceNormalizer)' breakdown:
counts are plain file counts per type, the shared ReferenceNormalizer is
counted under Runtime. Console tests and both getting-started samples
updated accordingly.
