The Transifex API v2 will stop working in November 30 2022. This version implements the Transifex API v3.

These changes are needed for mautic/mautic#11724
This release removes endpoints that the Mautic project do not use as we have no resources to maintain all the endpoints. Support for other endpoints can be added any time. As this is a major release and can contain breaking changes!
This PR is also moving the scattered docs into Readme.md with useful examples.
