nette/bootstrap

A maintenance release that modernizes the foundations: Nette Bootstrap now targets PHP 8.3+ and the latest Nette stack. By dropping legacy compatibility shims, the codebase is leaner and fully covered by mandatory static analysis. Upgrading is mostly a matter of bringing your dependencies up to date.

• Configurator: pass debugMode to MailExtension

• Default parameters are now overridable in user configs – previously wwwDir: %rootDir%/www in common.neon was silently overwritten because defaults were injected after user configs.
• %baseUrl% no longer crashes when HttpExtension is missing – the parameter is now a lazy statement resolved at runtime instead of a hard reference at compile time (#75).
