Fixes

• Fixed StockFacade:updateStock() so it does not run StockUpdateHandlerPluginInterface plugins when only the stock's name is changed and StockConfig::isConditionalStockUpdateApplied() is enabled. So it's possible now to quickly update the stock name with many assigned products without timeout errors.
