Documentation QA pipeline
Projects that use this package get a dedicated documentation QA layer in the generated Makefile (includes/Documentation.QA.mk). Checks run in pinned container images so results match CI and local runs without installing extra tools on the host.
documentation-markdownlint enforces Markdown structure and consistency via markdownlint-cli2, driven by etc/qa/documentation.markdownlint-cli2.yaml.documentation-links validates URLs in documentation with Lychee using etc/qa/lychee.toml.documentation-typos spell-checks Markdown with CSpell and etc/qa/cspell.json, scanning project *.md files while skipping var/, vendor/, .git/, and .idea/.documentation-vale lint prose with Vale against README.md, AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and any etc/ai/**/*.md, using etc/qa/vale.ini. documentation-vale-sync pulls Vale style packages when needed (for example write-good).documentation-qa runs all of the above in one command. It is part of the contributor workflow (make contrib) and is wired into CI task lists like the other QA targets.Bootstrap and migrations
Documentation tooling configs live under etc/qa/. Canonical templates are stored in etc/base64/ and applied through migrations-docs-* targets in includes/Docs.Migrations.mk: create markdownlint, Lychee, and CSpell configs when missing; enforce Vale config; add Vale vocabulary files and the WyriHaximus vocab symlink; keep CONTRIBUTING.md, license, and README copyright lines aligned. New and existing repos pick this up via make on-install-or-update.
Package README
The Makefiles README was expanded from install-only text into a proper overview: what the Composer plugin generates, everyday make commands, what each includes/ fragment provides (including documentation QA), how extra.wyrihaximus.supported-features works, and how CI consumes task-list-ci-* output. External references use proper links for link checking.
Dictionary
The shared CSpell word list in etc/base64/cspell.json was extended for documentation around this package and the README (for example PHPCS, Roave, wyrihaximusnet, and related terms), so spelling checks stay quiet on intentional project vocabulary.

This release comes with a AGENTS.md for all projects on how to use the generated Makefile and some generics for my projects. it also comes with tooling to enforce code coverage percentages; set to 100% by default but can be changed. It uses the new QA tooling wrapper set up. And adds support for services like RabbitMQ to be started and stopped for packages that need that. (As an alternative to test containers.)
