Previously, using countryStatePath() forced the stored number into NATIONAL format even
when another format was configured. Now an explicit inputNumberFormat() always wins:
PhoneInput::make('mobile')
->countryStatePath('country_code')
->inputNumberFormat(PhoneInputNumberType::E164) // now respected — stores +61411xxx123The default behavior is unchanged for backwards compatibility: if no format is set,
numbers are still stored in NATIONAL format when a country state path is used.

intl-tel-input[!IMPORTANT] The flag images have been updated in the latest version of the
intl-tel-inputpackage. So you need to run
php artisan vendor:publish --tag="filament-phone-input-assets" --force
Otherwise the flag images may not be reflected correctly.
