新增分组级利润控制，可按账号成本倍率过滤调度候选，避免请求被分给成本高于分组定价的账号；上游计费倍率探测扩展到全部 API Key 平台账号并支持自动写回账号倍率；修复 Anthropic 流式响应中断时部分用量丢失导致漏计费的问题。
无破坏性变更，直接升级即可。本版本包含两个数据库迁移（192 / 193），启动时自动执行。分组利润控制与账号倍率自动同步均默认关闭，不开启则行为与升级前完全一致。
