This release fixes a Claude Code linked-worktree regression introduced on the Claude hook surface in v0.4.0.
If a Claude session was started from a main checkout and you later ran git commit inside a linked worktree, the Claude blocking-review wrapper could jump back to the main checkout before checking attestation state or running the final commit. That made valid worktree attestations look missing, broke disabled-claude handling in the worktree, and could send the final commit to the wrong checkout.
In v0.4.1, the Claude wrapper now runs review and commit operations from the actual directory where git commit was invoked.
New install:
# Linux/macOS
curl -L https://hexmos.com/ipm-install | bash && ipm i HexmosTech/git-lrc
# Windows
iwr https://hexmos.com/ipm-install-ps | iex; ipm i HexmosTech/git-lrc
Update:
lrc self-update
lrc hooks install --surface claude for linked worktrees so the Claude blocking-review wrapper uses the git commit invocation directory instead of the Claude session's CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR.git commit in linked worktrees to reuse existing worktree attestations correctly instead of failing with Error: no diff content collected when the main checkout had no staged changes.lrc hooks disable --surface claude in linked worktrees so the disabled-claude marker is read from the active worktree git dir rather than the main checkout's git dir.git commit step so the commit lands in the worktree where the command was issued, not in the main checkout.Nothing published for this version

This release makes git-lrc easier to use from Claude Code and smoother to use during normal Git commits.
You can now ask Claude to make a change and commit it, and git-lrc will fit into that workflow more naturally. This release also reduces the chances of getting kicked into an unexpected editor screen while finishing a commit.
<!-- VIDEO:claude-lrc2.mp4 -->
Manual follow-up after publish: upload claude-lrc2.mp4 in the GitHub release editor if you want an inline playable demo on the release page.
git-lrc now works more naturally with Claude Code.
You can use it in two ways:
/lrc skill when you want to review a commit, skip a review, vouch for a change, or turn hooks on or off for the current repository.This release also improves the everyday git commit experience.
Previously, some commits could still fall back to the raw editor experience at the end, even after git-lrc had already guided the flow. In v0.4.0, that handoff is smoother, so finishing a commit stays more consistent with git-lrc's Web UI or TUI experience.
This release also includes smaller reliability fixes around the overall commit flow.

This version resolves an issue where review creation context remained tied to the previous organization after switching organizations in the Web UI.
We now proactively generate a new API key scoped to the selected organization during the UI context switch and persist it atomically to ~/.lrc.toml alongside org_id and org_name.

Date: 2026-05-24
This release adds a live Active Reviews dashboard — navigate to http://localhost:<port>/ and see every running review session on your machine in a VS Code-styled interface. It also ships session isolation so a stale browser tab can never accidentally read or commit against a different review, and fixes the run name in the UI always showing the correct server-assigned name.
New install:
# Linux/macOS
curl -L https://hexmos.com/ipm-install | bash && ipm i HexmosTech/git-lrc

Active Reviews listing page
Open any lrc local URL without a session token (e.g. http://localhost:8000/) and you get a live dashboard of every review running on your machine — name, repository, ID, port, and how long ago it started. Click any row to jump straight into that review. The listing auto-cleans dead entries on every load, so you never see stale sessions.
Impact stats panel
The listing page has a VS Code-style activity bar with three side panels. Click the bar-chart icon to open your cumulative review impact stats pulled live from LiveReview — total reviews, bugs caught before production, issues by severity, and more.
Share and GitHub panels
Session isolation
Every review URL now includes a ?r=<id> session token. All API endpoints validate this token and reject mismatched requests with a 403 session_mismatch. If you open an old tab after a port is reused by a new review, you'll see a clear "Session Ended" screen instead of silently loading the wrong review.
Run name now shows the server-assigned name
The "Run: …" subtitle under "LiveReview Results" was previously showing a locally-generated placeholder name instead of the one assigned by the server. It now correctly shows the server-assigned friendly name as soon as the review is submitted.
Local review link in terminal output
The + METADATA + block printed to the terminal now shows the direct local review URL alongside the LiveReview cloud link so you can copy it straight from the terminal.
Feedback always linked to the right review
General feedback submitted from the header is now always linked to the correct review ID in the database, even if the browser doesn't send it explicitly. The server injects the review ID server-side before forwarding to the API.

git-lrc can now present the diff change summary as a focused slide deck, so you can understand the change in 30-60 seconds instead of scanning a long wall of text.
Use the forward and backward arrow keys to move through the summary. File reference chips make it easy to jump into the relevant files when you want more detail. The presentation also uses sensible colors, such as red for risks, to make important signals easier to spot quickly.
Here's a demo of how it works:
