Reduce parsing overhead and allocations for Windows consoles without VT support by processing text and escape sequences directly from input slices.
NonColorable.Add regression coverage for fragmented sequences, Unicode titles, palette conversion, and real Windows console operations. CI passes on Windows, macOS, and Linux with Go 1.24, 1.25, and 1.26.
Implemented in #84. Real console output remains limited by console I/O: local benchmarks showed about 29% higher throughput for 4 KiB text with an escape sequence and about 3% for colored log lines; parser-only gains are substantially larger.
