Remove deprecated-API compiler warnings from DoapMojo ( #182 ) @slachiewicz
The plugin no longer depends on maven-compat, Wagon, or Commons HttpClient 3.1. It resolves projects, release metadata, and artifacts through Maven Resolver, so it runs on Maven distributions that ship without maven-compat, including Maven 4. The minimum is still Maven 3.6.3 and Java 8.
