   • Add support for ==text== highlighting to the GFM flavour, rendered as <mark> (IJPL-175082)
   • Exclude a trailing entity reference like   from a GFM autolink instead of swallowing it into the URL (IJPL-91041)
   • Allow non-ASCII letters everywhere in a GFM autolink host, so a word following the domain is not split in the middle and Unicode domains are linked whole (IJPL-91081)
   • Keep a block that spans the streaming parser's stable boundary whole instead of dropping it
   • Keep a list at the end of the streamed text open, so a later item joins it instead of starting a second list
   • Don't end a list at two consecutive blank lines — the rule was removed in CommonMark spec 0.26 (IJPL-96507)
