Add "exports" config to package.json (#28)
This restricts the available imports to just 'character-parser'. You can no longer import arbitrary files in environments that support the "exports" field in package.json
Add es-modules support (#28)
In environments that support the "exports" field in package.json, if you use import ... from ... syntax, you will get an es-module rather than the CommonJS module. We still support CommonJS for all other environments.
