Akka.NET 1.6.0-beta3 fixes two bugs found in 1.6.0-beta2: persistence plugins that stored the wrong manifest for SerializerV2 and source-generated serializers, and an Akka.Hosting startup crash under InvariantGlobalization.

Serialization V2

• SerializerV2 and source-generated serializers now derive from SerializerWithStringManifest. Persistence plugins that pick the stored manifest with the v1.5-era is SerializerWithStringManifest check (Akka.Persistence.Sql, Akka.Persistence.Redis snapshots and many third-party plugins) store the serializer's own manifest again. Under 1.6.0-beta2 they stored a CLR type name, so writes were acknowledged but could not be recovered. Rows that 1.6.0-beta2 already wrote this way are not repaired. The same check also gets the v1.5 manifests back for PrimitiveSerializers ("S", "I", "L") and byte[] (""). (#8785, fixes #8784)
• Library authors: a SerializerV2 subclass built against 1.6.0-beta1 or beta2 that overrides FromBinary(byte[], Type) fails to load; move that logic to FromBinary(byte[], string) and recompile.

Akka.Hosting

• AddAkka no longer crashes at startup with InvariantGlobalization=true when the app ships satellite resource assemblies (for example, Microsoft.Data.SqlClient). (#8783, fixes #8782)
