feat(fcm): Migrate topic management to FCM v1 REST API
Migrated the SubscribeToTopicAsync() and UnsubscribeFromTopicAsync() methods in the FirebaseMessaging class from the legacy Instance ID API to the Cloud Messaging v1 topic subscription API.
Added the SubscribeToTopicLegacyAsync() and UnsubscribeFromTopicLegacyAsync() methods, which continue to call the legacy Instance ID API. These methods are deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

Deprecated the Token property in Message class and the Tokens property in MulticastMessage class. Use the new Fid and Fids properties instead.
