ForwarderError.ResponseBodyCanceled and UpgradeResponseCanceled are no longer logged with a Warning severity.RequestCanceled, RequestBodyCanceled, and UpgradeRequestCanceled.HttpRequestMessage.Content property in a request transform will throw an exception (#2722 by @MihaZupan).
