Feature: Custom pull-to-refresh indicator for AbstractListBuilder
AbstractListBuilderAdded an optional refreshConfiguration (RefreshConfiguration) on both AbstractConfiguration (global default) and AbstractListBuilder (per-instance override). When provided, the default Material RefreshIndicator is replaced by the new AbstractRefreshIndicator, which displays the configured icon — rotating it as the user pulls and spinning it while the refresh callback runs. RefreshConfiguration is the extension point for future refresh-indicator overrides (color, trigger distance, durations, etc.); when null, behavior is unchanged.
Fix: Scroll position reset on pagination load more
Fixed a bug where loading an additional page caused the list to jump back to scroll position 0. The root cause was that NotificationListener was conditionally added/removed from the widget tree based on the dynamic canLoadMore value. When the last page was loaded and hasMoreItems became false, the widget tree structure changed depth, causing Flutter to remount the ListView from scratch. The fix keeps NotificationListener permanently in the tree (conditioned on the static enableLoadMore flag) and moves the canLoadMore check inside the scroll notification callback.
