Removed leftover internal datadog_flutter_plugin testing dependency and all references to it. This was never part of the plugin's public API; it was pulling in a transitive Kotlin Gradle Plugin (KGP) application that would have caused build failures in future Flutter versions ("Built-in Kotlin" migration).
Fixed initializeSdk never completing (and the status staying initializing) when Android could not bind an Activity; it now reports failedWithError through onFailed.
Fixed a leaked event listener after a failed or repeated initializeSdk call.
package:adforus_greenp_plugin/greenp_plugin.dart now exports the public API (GreenpSdkManager, GreenpSdkStatus).
Removed the unused GreenPResponseCode class (greenp_offer/model/greenp_response.dart).
Removed the unused plugin_platform_interface dependency.
