AgCachedImage: added memCacheWidth, memCacheHeight and cacheAtDisplaySize to decode large images at the size they are drawn (saves memory in long lists). Defaults keep the old behaviour.

Android: updated to the latest toolchain (AGP 9.0.1, Gradle 9.1, Kotlin 2.2.20, compileSdk 37, minSdk 24); the plugin now uses built-in Kotlin and the manifest no longer declares package.

Updated dependencies: cached_network_image ^4, shimmer ^4, flutter_svg ^2.3, nb_utils ^7.3, flutter_lints ^6.

package:ag_widgets/ag_widgets.dart now also exports AgAppButton, AgCachedImage, AgTapEffect, AgViewAllButton and the num/List extensions, so one import is enough.

Rewrote the README to document every widget, extension and enum.

Fixed all analyzer lints and a BuildContext async-gap in AgDateTimePicker.
