inset now opts its edge in, so
safeAreaInsets: BBSafeAreaInsets(bottom: 56) works without also adding
BBSafeAreaEdge.bottom to safeAreaEdges. This matches what the API docs
and the safe-area guide already promised.

Passing safeAreaEdges: const {} with no insets still disables SDK
