The picker columns can now be dragged with a mouse on web and desktop (#2).

Scrolling a picker column with a mouse wheel now moves one row per notch, instead of skipping several rows or, with some mice on web, not moving at all (#6).

Breaking: requires Flutter >=3.47.0 / Dart >=3.13.0. Flutter 3.47 moved the Material and Cupertino libraries out of the core SDK, so the package now depends on the standalone material_ui and cupertino_ui packages instead of package:flutter/material.dart and package:flutter/cupertino.dart (#16). Stay on 2.x if you're on an older Flutter.

Additional notes

Fixed a "Bad state: No element" error, and a lost selection, when tapping a row in one column while another is still scrolling, or closing the picker right after tapping a row (#17). The picker also no longer leaks scroll controllers.
Fixed DatePicker.showDateTimePicker skipping or repeating a day, and ignoring minTime, around daylight saving time transitions (#18).
Raised the example app's minimum iOS version to 15.0 so it builds with current Xcode. The package itself is unchanged.
