Write a Stream<List> to a file, creating the parent directory if
missing. On a file system without random access support (OPFS) the
stream is buffered in memory and written at once with writeAsBytes,
otherwise it is piped to openWrite.
Bump fs_shim to 2.5.7, add tests to the shared fs_test suite and
document the helper in the fs-shim-filesystem skill.
