(With "Require authenticated file access", email replies link attachments to your customer application URL with a gleapFile query parameter. Pass the link that opened the app, e.g. from app_links or uni_links; it returns true if the link carries a Gleap file reference, and the conversation opens once the user is identified with a user hash (identifyContact with userHash). On web the JavaScript SDK opens ?gleapFile= links on page load by itself, so it returns false there) Native iOS and Android dependencies stay on 19.0.0

iOS: Swift Package Manager is now the recommended setup; CocoaPods is still supported. (CocoaPods trunk becomes read-only on December 2, 2026. The plugin's Package.swift pulls the Gleap iOS SDK from GitHub (from: "19.0.0") and now follows Flutter's current plugin layout: it depends on the FlutterFramework package and the public header moved to include/gleap_sdk/. Flutter uses it when Swift Package Manager is on, which is the default from Flutter 3.44; it needs Flutter 3.41 or newer (the FlutterFramework package), on 3.41 to 3.43 turn it on with flutter config --enable-swift-package-manager. Older Flutter versions, or Swift Package Manager turned off, keep using the podspec as before (the Flutter minimum stays 3.19; apps that turned Swift Package Manager on with Flutter 3.24 to 3.40 turn it off again or upgrade Flutter to 3.41+). iOS deployment target 15.0 as before. Added Gleap.logNetworkRequest(networkLog) for logging network requests one by one (used by the Gleap http and dio interceptors 2.0). All logged requests share one buffer with the newest 30 entries, so several interceptors no longer overwrite each other, and the list is handed to the native SDK at most every 500 ms instead of on every request. Gleap.attachNetworkLogs still replaces the list. Added Gleap.startNetworkLogging() / Gleap.stopNetworkLogging() to switch network logging on and off from the app, also against the network logs setting in the dashboard (without them nothing changes). After stopNetworkLogging, logNetworkRequest and attachNetworkLogs (and with them the Gleap http and dio interceptors) ignore new requests on all platforms; requests logged before stay attached. (iOS: also starts / stops the native recording of every NSURLSession request, e.g. made by native plugins or cupertino_http; an explicit stop also applies once the config has loaded. Web: startNetworkLogging also starts the JavaScript SDK's network logger for fetch and XMLHttpRequest, which the JavaScript SDK can't stop, so on web stopNetworkLogging only stops the requests logged from Dart) Network log entries now have the same shape as in the other Gleap SDKs: the request start date in ISO-8601 UTC, the duration in whole milliseconds, Map and List bodies as JSON (instead of Dart's {a: b} syntax), bodies capped at 150 KB with a truncation note, response headers, and an errorText for requests that failed without a response (new headers and errorText on GleapNetworkResponse). setNetworkLogPropsToIgnore and setNetworkLogsBlacklist now also apply in Dart before the logs leave the app: matching headers, JSON keys (at any depth; user.password also works as a path), form fields and url query parameters are removed (case-insensitive), authorization and cookie headers are always masked, and requests to gleap.io / gleap.ai are never logged. Each call replaces the previous list. Fixed await Gleap.attachNetworkLogs(...) never completing on iOS, and setNetworkLogsBlacklist, setNetworkLogPropsToIgnore, preFillForm, startBot, startClassicForm and startConversation (and addAttachment with an unreadable file) never completing on Android. Android: attached network logs keep their date and method (HEAD, OPTIONS etc. no longer fail), one incomplete entry no longer drops the whole list, and attaching replaces the previous list instead of adding duplicates. Android: openChecklist started the checklist instead of opening it, getIdentity returned the contact's value as its sla, and getIdentity returned an empty identity instead of null when there is none (as on iOS and web). Web: showBackButton was ignored by startConversation, startBot and startClassicForm. Web: network logs logged before the JavaScript SDK has loaded are handed over once it is initialized instead of throwing.
