Bump the app to 5.1.0+40 and the lockstep package suite to 5.1.0
(dart_pdf_cli 0.2.1, dart_pdf_editor_flutter_gpu 0.4.1, dart_pdf_printing
0.2.1), with every runtime inter-package constraint at ^.
This is a minor release: no public API breaks since 5.0.0, with two things
integrators should know:

dart_pdf_editor: DartPdfEditorLocalizations gained the abstract getters
sigUseTrackpad and sigTrackpadHint; a custom subclass implements them,
extending a bundled locale class picks them up.
pdf_graphics: the render-command codec is now wire format v11 (v10 paint
dedup and aligned path blocks, then Type3 cell back-references). Buffers
are not compatible across versions, and deserializeCommands /
deserializePageText throw FormatException on a mismatch.

Write the 5.1.0 changelog sections from the commit bodies since
app-v5.0.0: the P-521 order fix, faster ECDSA, tolerant zlib inflate on
the web, the object-cache key and its side map, T-table AES, web SHA-2,
JPEG 2000, in-place updates on recovered documents, rollbackTo and
openAppended(password:) in pdf_cos; the page-loss fix under a short /Count,
linear page loops, reusable signature crypto cores and onFields in
pdf_document; the flagged masked-image output change, codec v10/v11,
cached luminosity masks, the revision-stable colour context, ICC, colorant
buffer and text-extraction speedups in pdf_graphics; trackpad signatures,
annotation previews, touch row menus, the moved-stamp white box, the web
worker fixes and in-place revisions in dart_pdf_editor; the new overprint
and ICC fixtures. Dev dependency ranges (<6.0.0) already admit 5.1.0.

Store notes cover trackpad signatures, annotation previews, touch row
menus, the moved-stamp fix, the page-loss fix, P-521 signatures and the
speedups, written platform-neutral per release-notes/README.md, across 20
iOS locales, 21 Play changelogs (40.txt) and both Linux metainfo copies.
The forms guide now says it applies to 5.1.0.

Additional notes

Output change: downscaled 8-bit images under a same-size stencil /Mask or 8-bit /SMask are composited exactly. The targeted decode used to size the mask to the target and point-sample it back onto the native image, which averaged in base colour the mask hides along its edges and disagreed with deep-zoom slices. Eligible downscales (single-Flate 8-bit DeviceRGB or DeviceGray with identity /Decode) now equal a full decode followed by a downsample. Only mask-edge pixels move; the Ghent, overprint and pdf.js render tests are unchanged. The same kernel serves deep-zoom regions of masked images, which used to decode the whole native image, and stencil coverage steps over blank words (both byte-identical).
Render-command codec wire format v10 then v11. v10 sends only the part of a fill's or stroke's paint that changed and writes paths as aligned float32 blocks (serialize about 0.5x, deserialize 0.4-0.76x on CAD pages). v11 sends a Type3 glyph cell once per page and back-references it for every later stamp (a bitmap-font page's record 23 MB -> 2.3 MB). Buffers are not compatible across versions: deserializeCommands and deserializePageText now throw FormatException on a buffer from another format version instead of misreading it (the worker hosts already fall back to local rendering).
Cache luminosity-mask decodes in PdfImageDecodeCache at native resolution, so a mask shared across pages, thumbnails and deep-zoom patches decodes once. The cache key separates them from ordinary DeviceGray decodes.
Keep PdfColorContext across revisions while the document's OutputIntent profile streams are unchanged. Every edit used to re-inflate and re-parse the profile, and the stale contexts filled the image-overprint substitute memo, so after a few edits image overprint silently stopped and 11 of the 54 Ghent files drifted from their first rendering.
Parse ICC profiles into typed tables (a press profile parses in 1.8 ms instead of 30 ms and keeps 6.9 MB instead of 28.5 MB), parse aliased A2B/B2A tags once and cache black points per intent. A truncated profile still parses to null.
Speed up colour work in image decoding, byte-identical: a two-value table for 1-bit gray (JBIG2 scans), memoised ICC RGB pixels and a 16-bit gray table under an OutputIntent, and memoised deviceCmyk/deviceGray.
Speed up the overprint colorant buffer, output-identical: it starts lazily at the first read, so pages that declare overprint but never read the buffer rasterize nothing; glyph runs that overprint only unknown backdrop are settled from cached outline bounds; transparency groups merge only the rows they touched; the rasterizer uses typed edge tables and reads packed paths through their cursor; and spatial image-overprint substitutes are memoised per backdrop entry. A page that declares overprint no longer fails when a fill its buffer never reads has non-finite coordinates.
Build glyph outline paths only for the two readers that need them (tiling text fills and the colorant buffer). Every embedded-font run used to build and discard a page-space copy of its outlines, up to half of a text page's interpretation.
Run the common numeric operators (m l c v y h re, painting, q Q cm w, text positioning and state) straight from the content cursor on an int opcode: the content walk takes 0.66-0.75x on vector-dense pages.
Speed up text extraction: tiling and Type3 cells that cannot produce text are skipped (a hatch-filled sheet extracts in 2.5 ms instead of 68.5 ms), left-to-right lines skip the BiDi pass, run bounds are computed directly, and the CJK line scan walks code units. Output is identical.

0.2.0 - their dependency majors moved under types they expose). This is a
major release because public behaviour and API changed incompatibly since
4.5.0:

dart_pdf_editor: PdfFormFieldKind gained radioGroup/comboBox/listBox/
signature and PdfBundledSubstitute gained carlito (exhaustive switches
break); setFormFieldText now runs keystroke/validate scripts, returns
false for refused input and stores the normalised value; shells without
a viewMode: own a per-window PdfViewModeController, so hosts that drove
the mode through preferences must pass one; DartPdfEditorLocalizations
gained abstract getters.
pdf_document: setTextValue truncates to /MaxLen and recalculates AF
calculated fields; every fill removes /XFA and /NeedsRendering; list
boxes draw every row; validate() untrusts a chain the /DSS says is
revoked; PdfTrustStore.addCertificate/addDer gained {source}.
pdf_cos: decryptObjectGraph leaves a signature's /Contents as-is; OCSP
delegated responders must be CA-issued with id-kp-OCSPSigning.

Roll the Unreleased sections over with Breaking changes subsections and
migration notes, and write the ones the batch never got: AF* scripts,
comb/MaxLen/password fields, XFA detection, encrypted signing and tab
order in pdf_document; openAppended in pdf_cos; the /ImageMask box filter,
justified-text reflow spaces and multi-select field context in
pdf_graphics; the form-layer, secret-store, Tab navigation and
thumbnail drag-out work in dart_pdf_editor; multi-select values in the
CLI; the print range and copies fixes in dart_pdf_printing; the new
fixtures. Dev dependency ranges on workspace packages now admit <6.0.0 so
the workspace resolves and publishing still accepts the hosted 4.5.0.

Store notes cover form calculations and checks, Tab and multi-select,
password fields kept out of the file, field creation, signing encrypted
PDFs, revocation checks with EU/Adobe trust lists, and Calibri via
Carlito, across 20 iOS locales, 21 Play changelogs, and both Linux
metainfo copies. The forms guide now says it applies to 5.0.0.

Additional notes

Box-filter downscaled 1-bit /ImageMask stencils instead of point sampling. Each destination pixel's alpha is now the fraction of painting bits in its cell, matching the gray-1 path and the general downsampler, so scanned drawings (large CCITT image masks shown at a fraction of their native size) keep their thin linework instead of rendering dashed. The byte-to-cell split is planned once per image and popcounted per piece, so a dense 7360x5239 sheet scales in ~62 ms.
Keep the spaces a page actually drew when reflowing text for the reading view. Text justified by per-gap TJ kerns (what LaTeX and InDesign emit) arrives as one run per word with the space inside the run; reflowPage trimmed that space and then found no geometric gap, so a justified page read as one run-on word. A drawn space now settles it, and geometry is only consulted when neither side drew one.
PdfFieldContext gains values, every selected option of a multi-select list box (value stays the first selection), serialized in toJson and listed in the document-context text.

Storeflight pushes that tag, so its own delivery and the workflow the tag
starts were racing to own the same release, and would have attached two sets
of assets for the same platforms under different names.

Storeflight wins, with one exception it cannot cover. A release artifact
there is a single path per platform, and Linux ships two user-facing files -
the portable tarball and the AppImage. Dropping either is not an option:
publish-flatpak.yml downloads dartpdf-linux-x64.tar.gz from the release by
name and verifies its digest, so the Flatpak publisher fails a step later
without it.

So release-app.yml stops creating a release and contributes only the two
Linux assets. It waits for Storeflight's release rather than creating one,
because publishing the tag is what starts it and it can arrive first;
creating one there would be the same race with the roles reversed. It also
asserts the tarball is present under the name the Flatpak publisher looks
for, so a rename fails here rather than ten minutes downstream. The job now
needs only the Linux build, since waiting on the other six delayed that input
for no benefit.

publish-flatpak.yml waits for the asset for the same reason: two workflows
started by one tag have no ordering between them, and an asset still
uploading is not a missing build.

Additional notes

Add RecordedText, a text-only snapshot a device can retain while it records a page, so selection and search reuse that walk instead of interpreting the content stream a second time. Extraction applies the existing separator, bidi and geometry logic to the snapshot.
Stop stretching substituted glyphs across their character spacing, so a fallback glyph keeps its own advance.

Render overprint (/OP, /op, /OPM, §8.6.7) faithfully, as the subtractive colorant operation it is. State parses into the graphics state and is delivered via PdfDevice.setOverprint, and the interpreter composites an overprinting draw in a real CMYK/spot colorant buffer (PdfOverprintCompositor) before any device sees it, so a DeviceCMYK backdrop and a spot backdrop of the same RGB colour — indistinguishable to any RGB compositor — now overprint differently. New public PdfColorants/PdfInkColorants and PdfColorSpace.inkColorants; new PdfInterpreter(resolveOverprint:). The buffer is built only for pages whose ExtGStates declare overprint, and declines over content it cannot read (images, shadings, transparency groups, translucent paint, ICC/RGB colour), where CanvasPdfDevice's darken stand-in still applies. Ghent GWG030 now grades all twelve of its patches as passing, and the DeviceN overprint patches GWG190/191/192 pass both vector cases (#502).
Images overprint correctly inside the colorant buffer too: sampled images report their per-sample colorant readings instead of a flattened RGB, so an image over a tinted backdrop knocks out and survives the same way vector paint does (#604).
Re-synchronise the overprint state before every fill and stroke: it was delivered only from gs and Q, so overprint switched on inside a form XObject, a tiling-pattern cell or a soft-mask group leaked out and darkened everything drawn afterwards (#502).
Fill four silently-missing fidelity gaps (#546): print-vs-screen annotation visibility (drawAnnotations gains a forPrint flag; screen behaviour unchanged), fallback appearance synthesis for annotations without an /AP (Polygon/PolyLine, Link borders, FreeText via /DA, non-text button widgets), the Type 3 d1 colour lock (§9.6.5), and image /SMask /Matte un-preblend (§11.6.5.3), which removes soft-mask edge fringing.
Restore the blend mode on form/appearance exits: a non-Normal blend set inside a form XObject or annotation appearance no longer leaks into the surrounding content (#462).
Stop word spacing ballooning substituted table digits (#567).
Recording/painting performance: a resumable page-content walk lets an interrupted incremental record continue instead of restarting (#530); tiling-pattern cells and Type 3 glyphs are recorded once and replayed per occurrence (#524, #535); parsed colorspaces, shadings, and functions are cached per document (#534); sRGB-equivalent ICC profiles bypass the colour transform (#531); Coons/tensor mesh patches subdivide adaptively (#536); colour conversion during record serialization is memoized and a page's image decodes are reused across its records (#451).
