sqflite_common_ffi v2.4.2 support isolate custom port server

feat: bump version to 2.4.2+1 and update changelog for sqflite_common…

• Add SqfliteFfiIsolatePortServer and the isolatePortServer parameter of createDatabaseFactoryFfi to allow sharing the sqflite isolate between isolates (used by the sqflite_ffi flutter package with IsolateNameServer).
