This release migrates the build system to hatchling + uv, adds pytinytex integration for automatic LaTeX package management, introduces a proper CLI interface with a pandoc entry point for pypandoc_binary, and overhauls the pandoc download logic to use the GitHub REST API with authentication and retry to prevent rate limit failures in CI.

Migrate build system from Poetry/setuptools to hatchling + uv (#425)

Another fun thing, is that this time, is the first in pypandoc history, that we share the minor version with "pandoc", funny how things work out some times.

This release fixes a critical error where pandoc couldn't be download… …ed from the GitHub releases, due to a change in how GitHub loads their release

This release fixes a critical error where pandoc couldn't be download… …ed from the GitHub releases, due to a change in how GitHub loads their release page.

Other than that, there's some improvements to how we test pypandoc in the future.
